Tobias Menne is a leading expert in digital agriculture solutions and sustainable environmental management. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Global Sales at ConstellR, a company specializing in providing satellite data for agriculture.

Previously, he led BASF’s Digital Farming Organization, including the xarvio product line, and was Global Head of Digital Farming at Bayer. In these roles, he focused on integrating artificial intelligence and big data into agriculture to improve yields and protect the environment.

His career also includes serving as Chief Technology Officer on one of the world’s largest farms in Ukraine, where he gained hands-on experience in applying digital technologies on a large scale.

With an MBA from the University of Bradford and an agribusiness education from Harvard Business School, Menne combines strong business acumen with technological expertise. He is a passionate advocate for digital transformation in agriculture, believing that innovation is key to improving both efficiency for farmers and sustainability for our planet.
